What types of cleaning services do I offer?

Standard cleaning or regular cleaning from my cleaning service usually happens on a weekly, biweekly, or even a monthly basis. This is usually intended for maintenance purposes, it helps support a good level of cleanliness in your home. When you hire professional cleaners for regular cleaning, you can expect that all of the items and surfaces you use or even clean on a daily or weekly basis will be thoroughly cleaned. Regular cleaning takes less time than deep cleaning but it doesn’t mean that I will skip tasks or will try to compromise the quality of my work. I will accomplish all of the essential cleaning chores to help keep your home free from dust, dirt, and germs! This will keep your house fresh and well-organized as well. (The level of maintenance depends on the size of your home, if you have pets, and how often you schedule an appointment.) 

Declutter and/or Organizationn 

Decluttering Services- This includes going through all items and determining what is to stay, be donated, or thrown away. I will deliver the donations to the appropriate charity and get the trash ready to be taken, either in the dumpster or on your regular trash day.

Organization Services- I offer 2 different methods of organization; #1 being regular organizing , this is where I take everything that stays, and put it away in a neat and logical way.

#2 is Ongoing Organizing; This service is for someone who would like to work slowly to get organized over time. We can set-up a weekly, biweekly or monthly appointment

If you have specific areas of your home you want or need work done that I don’t originally offer, I can support you with a custom/priority cleaning.  When you call to schedule my service, just let me know. I am proud to offer customized cleaning services and will gladly take the time to fully understand your specific wants/needs. I will try to help you with random projects, and other things around your home besides cleaning!

Deep cleaning will  always include every thing a standard cleaning does, in addition to an even more thoroughly clean. Deep cleaning is something you are  most likely to invest in for your “first scheduled cleaning”, or for moving in/out of a home. Most people start with a deep clean when they start using a cleaning service, then when you start scheduling regular cleanings, it can maintain that level of cleanliness that was create during the deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is a little more expensive than regular cleaning, but it is so worth it and  only needs to be done once a month, or pending on your preference.

A deep cleaning service will remove the deep dirt and grime in your home that nobody ever notices. It doesn’t only make your home look nice and new, but also makes your home safer!.

Being a independent, individual house cleaner, I take pride in my services, and always invest in my clients! I get to know my clients, their preferences. and their homes.

I try to be less expensive than other house cleaners, and  cleaning companies. I want all of my clients to be able to afford coming home to a clean home, and not having to stress.

I am open to making my schedule more flexible for my clients. I know not everyone can stop what they so on a daily basis, so I always try to let you choose the time I come to clean.

I also like to let you pick and choose what you want me to do, and learn how you like certain things. I can add on special requests as well!

My name is Ann Luna, I am 21 years old. I was born and raised in a small town from Missouri, and moved to Osage Beach last year! I finished college in 2021.

I have been cleaning on the side for 5+ years so I finally decided to  start my own business for a career change and to do something that I am skilled at, and passionate about; which is cleaning but also being able to help others who want or need it.

I describe myself as a hardworking, passionate, detail-oriented, reliable, and affordable house cleaner! I  have a PHC (Professional House Cleaning Certification), along with 5+years of experience in performing a wide range of cleaning and sanitation tasks in houses, condos/apartments, and even small businesses.

I love my work, and I continuously strive to be better than the day before, and to always meet my clients needs, and satisfactions.
